Our hopes and dreams were shattered,
The day you left this world.
A special place we had for you,
What do we do with now.
We couldn't wait to hold you,
Or see your precious face.
To count your little fingers,
And check your toes were in their place.
But we will never see your smile,
We will never hear your cry.
We will never get to dry your tears,
Or share your happy times.
Your big brother - You will never meet,
You will never kick a ball.
You will never get in sibling fights,
You will never share a toy.
We will have to face everyday,
Knowing your not here.
But there will come a day, I promise you,
When we will hold you near.
Until that time our precious angel,
We will always know your face.
And in our hearts and minds forever,
You will have a place. |

This was a life
That had hardly begun;
No time to find
Your place in the sun.
No time to do
All you could have done:
But we loved you enough for a lifetime.
No time to enjoy
The worldand its wealth;
No time to take life
Down off the shelf;
No time to sing
The song of yourself:
Though you had enough love for a lifetime.
Those who live long
Endure sadness and tears;
But you'll never suffer
The sorrowing years:
No betrayal, no anger,
No hatred, no fears:
Just love- only love- for a life time

My precious, tiny little one, you'll always be to me.
So perfect, pure and innocent, just as you were meant to be.
I dreamed of you, and of your life, and all that it would be.
I longed for you to just arrive, and join the family.
I'll always be your mummy, and dad will always be your dad.
You will always be our baby, the one that that we once had.
But now you're gone....and yet you're here, I feel you everywhere.
You are my sorrow, and yet my joy, theres love in every tear.
Just know my love runs deep and strong, I'll never forget you...ever.
The child I had, but never had, and yet will have forever.
I dedicate this poem to my Angels
Adam, Josh, Luke, Euan and Cameron

I'm just a little baby boy
who didnt quite make it there
I had to go be with Jesus
but Im waiting for you there
Dont fret about me daddy
I'm with god and Ive been blest
I'd loved to stay there with you
but the shepards know whats best
So daddy tell mummy dont cry
wipe her tears and make her bloom
I got to come out and be with her
instead of coming here straight
from her womb.
Mummy gave me something for you
its our secret daddy dear
she pressed it lightly against my forhead
and whispered in my tiny ear.
I'll be waiting for you daddy , mummy
and everyone too, I'll be waiting for you
to hold me daddy,
then mummys kiss I'll give to you.

Theres a place for you, sweet angel,with the lord God up above.
A place where tears dont ever fall,and hearts are filled with love.
The sun will shine, the moon will glow,and darkness fades away.
Theres a beautiful angel nursery,where you can play each day.
The angels sing you lullabies as you drift off to sleep.
They'll chase a bad dream far away, so you need never weep.
The fluffy clouds are pillows, on which to lay your sleepy head.
You're all wrapped up in angels wings, asleep in Heavens bed.
How could we wish you back down here, in a world of strife and pain.
We know that you are happy there, and we'll see you someday again.
So play on precious angel, we know you have many friends.
But please just know, we love you so, and will till life here ends.
